TERMS: Net 30 - Credit must be established with Pewag, Inc. for open account billing. All others C.O.D.
FREIGHT POLICY: Less than 1,000 pounds or $1,700: freight prepaid and added to invoice. Over 1,000 pounds or
$1,700 (net): freight prepaid to any single location in North America excluding Alaska & Hawaii. Prepaid shipments via
carrier of Pewag's choice. Allowed prepaid shipment cost limited to the carriers tariff rates for transportation. Extra
charges such as duties, broker fees, taxes & fuel surcharges will be prepaid and invoiced to buyer. Qualifying shipments
to Alaska & Hawaii will be prepaid to the port of departure in the continental U.S.A. under the terms of this freight policy.
Drop shipments are allowed within the policy.
MINIMUM CHARGES: $100.00 per order.
PRICES: Orders will be accepted subject to prevailing price at time of order. Prices subject to change without notice.
RETURN MERCHANDISE: No merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization. All returns subject to a 20%
restock/handling charge, which will be deducted from the amount of credit memo. Return shipments must be prepaid.
Collect or unauthorized shipments will be refused.
WARRANTY: The goods sold in this catalog/price sheet are warranted free from defects in workmanship and materials for 90
days from the date of purchase.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: No other warranty, expressed or implied, including warranty of merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose, is given and no affirmation of Seller, by words or action, shall constitute a warranty.
BUYER REMEDIES: Buyer's sole remedy for breach of any warranty, is limited exclusively to obtaining, at the discretion
of the SELLER, either repair or replacement of any product sold hereunder and manufactured by SELLER. The SELLER
will not pay any claim for labor on any of the products or for delays or damage by reason of their use. In no event
shall the SELLER be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Buyer must notify SELLER in writing, within 10
days of discovery of the alleged defect and within the warranty period stated above.

RETURN FREIGHT POLICY: After receiving authorization from SELLER, product shall be returned to SELLER'S plant,
transportation paid, within 30 days.
