Type G80E10 / G80E14/ G40 E10 / G40 E14

Highly wear resistant, deep case hardened round steel chains and components are produced due to the use of special steels
(CrNi, CrNiMo, MnC) and optimised heat treatments. Even if the chains have a high surface hardness of 800 HV10 the chains
have high core strength- and breaking strength values to achieve a greater fatigue strength.
Chains and all components are matched regarding to their wear characteristics, to minimize the wear and to provide the greatest
possible wear life and maximum chain life.
